Welcome to the Nassau County, Florida Property Appraiser Web Site

To the Citizens of Nassau County,

As your Property Appraiser, I have the statutory responsibility to list and appraise all properties within Nassau County for ad valorem purposes and to administer exemptions.

Contrary to popular belief, the property appraiser does not determine the amount of taxes that a property owner pays. Please see your Taxing Authorities and Board of County Commissioners for information on the amount of taxes that are set, or refer to this link for your Taxpayer's Bill of Rights @

The Property Appraiser's office does perform many other functions as well. These include keeping up with the Property Ownership Records of Transfer (Deeds), updating and maintaining the Property Maps of Nassau County, administering Agricultural Classifications, and processing the Tangible Personal Property Returns.

This website has been designed with your needs in mind, if you should have any questions, comments, or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me or a member of my staff. We are here to serve you.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you!

In Service to you,

Tammy C. Stiles, C.F.A.
