A request can be made by the Property Owner of Record to combine parcels under one tax bill. A Parcel Combination Request Form must be filled out and submitted to our office. Please note that the parcels must meet certain criteria in order to be combined. Combination Procedure Checklist
Titles of properties must be the same.
Properties must be contiguous.
All taxing districts must be the same.
All land classifications must be the same.
No delinquent property or landfill taxes.
If installment payments are made for taxes, they must be the same for all parcels.
If taxes are escrowed, they must be the same for all parcels. If they are not the same, then you must contact your mortgage company and request a letter that allows all parcels to be escrowed.
