A request can be made by the Property Owner of Record to combine parcels under one tax bill. A Parcel Combination Request Form must be filled out and submitted to our office. Please note that the parcels must meet certain criteria in order to be combined.

Combination Procedure Checklist

  • Titles of properties must be the same.
  • Properties must be contiguous.
  • All taxing districts must be the same.
  • All land classifications must be the same.
  • No delinquent property or landfill taxes.
  • If installment payments are made for taxes, they must be the same for all parcels.
  • If taxes are escrowed, they must be the same for all parcels. If they are not the same,    then you must contact your mortgage company and request a letter that allows all    parcels to be escrowed.
