Religious, Literary, Scientific or Charitable Exemption

Organizations which are organized and operated for religious, literary, charitable, scientific, sewer water/wastewater systems, education, hospitals, nursing homes, and homes for special services can apply for exempt status using form DR 504.  (Florida Statutes 196.195, 196.196, 196.197, 196.2001, and 196.2002)
